Meet Your Personal Trainer
Lee Smith is a specialist personal trainer operating in Leeds, Bradford and the wider West / North Yorkshire area.
Lee works with clients of all levels and abilities, from athletes and professional sportsmen and women to just anyone who wants to improve their general fitness and mobility. Sessions can be arranged on a "one to one" or group training basis, and can take place in the comfort of your own home, at the gym or even at your workplace (subject to getting the necessary permission). Lee can also arrange physiotherapy for patients who are recoving from injuries, as well as cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation for patients who may have had medical treatment for heart and/or lung problems. Lee also has experience working with the over 60s and runs special classes on a regular basis at Myrtle Court in Bingley. Whoever you are, and whatever you want to achieve - Lee Smith can help you get there !
